Currently, the "Roar" singer has 46.6 million followers, while Justin has 46.5 million. Can you imagine what it's like to know that 46 MILLION people are seeing that picture you post of your turkey sandwich?!
Close behind Katy and Justin in the Twitter popularity contest is none other than Lady Gaga, who currently has 40.4 million followers.
Katy's popularity has soared since the release of her new single "Roar," which has been met with almost unanimous praise by critics and fans alike.
We can only imagine that Katy will experience another surge of new fans when her highly-anticipated 'Prism'' album is released on November 11.
