Miley Cyrus opened the 2013 MTV EMAs with a performance of "We Can't Stop" and as usual, the singer's moves on stage got a lot of people talking after Miley proceeded to twerk with a little person.
As it turns out, that wasn't even the most controversial thing Miley did on stage during the awards.
While accepting the "Best Video" award for "Wrecking Ball," the controversial pop star jokes that she can't fit it in her purse, but says that there is one thing that did fit--at which point she proceeds to pull out a big blunt, light it AND start smoking!
Miley isn't the first artist to light up on stage in Amsterdam. Lady Gaga recently did the same thing during one of her concertsin the same city.
Since the marijuana laws are more lenient in the Netherlands than they are in the United States, Miley probably won't have a legal problem, but there could be some serious public backlash over her actions.
